About
A desk task should end as a file you can check
People who run a small shop, studio, or practice still write the same kinds of work by hand: a quote comparison, a follow-up, a meeting brief, a Monday numbers note. Chat tools can suggest words. They often stop before the file exists, and they rarely show which document the words came from.
Yarrow works the other way. You write the task. The agent lays out a plan, names the files, and returns a draft. Sending, booking, and paying stay behind an approval step.
How the work should behave
Plain language
The task, the plan, and the draft should be readable without a manual.

If a number comes from a sheet, the sheet’s name stays next to the number.
A human stop
The last action that leaves the building waits for a person.
